All services are subject to item condition, fabric type, and feasibility.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- Prices may vary depending on fabric, complexity, and garment condition.
- Any quote provided online, by phone, or in person is an estimate unless confirmed at drop-off.
- Final pricing is confirmed when the garment is inspected in person.
3. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround times vary by service and workload.
- Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, garment damage, or special materials required.
4. Fittings & Alterations
- For best results, we recommend scheduling a fitting for formalwear and bridal items.
- Alterations are based on customer requests and measurements taken during fitting.
- Fit preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee satisfaction if instructions change after work begins.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Checking pockets before drop-off
- Informing us of stains, damage, weak fabric, or special garment requirements
- Providing accurate contact information for order updates
We are not responsible for items left in pockets.
6. Pickup Policy
- Customers must pick up garments within a reasonable time after completion.
- Items not picked up after 30 days may be subject to storage limitations.
- Items left for extended periods may be considered abandoned depending on circumstances.
7. Payment
- Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise stated.
- Some services may require a deposit (especially bridal or high-value garments).
- We accept standard payment methods available in-store.
8. Refunds
Because tailoring and dry cleaning are customized services:
- All sales are final once work has been completed.
- If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup so we can review the concern.
We may offer adjustments or corrections if the issue is due to our workmanship.
9. Re-Cleaning / Re-Alteration Requests
If you believe an item was not cleaned properly or the alteration is incorrect:
- Bring the item back as soon as possible
- Do not wear or further modify the item before returning it
- We will inspect and determine the best solution
10. Garment Risk & Limitations
Customers acknowledge that:
- Some fabrics are delicate and may react unpredictably
- Old garments may have weak seams, aging fabric, or hidden damage
- Stains may not be removable even with professional treatment
- Certain repairs may not be possible depending on construction
We will always use professional care, but we cannot guarantee results for every fabric or stain.
11. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care with every garment.
If an item is lost or damaged due to our error, liability is limited to the fair market value of the item, not replacement value.
